I had a very fun birthday. Scott gave me an early birthday present about a week before. He gave me a binder. :) This binder was really one of the best presents ever. He had planned out a family vacation for us for just 2 weeks later and the place we were headed to was... California! It had been so long since I'd been home. I don't have family there anymore but it's still where I grew up and Scott hadn't seen it so we were all pretty excited. :)
On my birthday we went out for breakfast with the kids, then I spent most of the day with my two little ones. It's hard to feel bad about being 30 when you have this face looking up at you. :) 
The next day we headed up to Ogden for some more birthday celebrating for Scott's brother and myself. Honestly it was just a good excuse for a fun family get together. :) We met up at the Ogden public pool.
Everett loved the water. He had no fear as he crawled and splashed and only got upset when I had to pick him up because he was headed for deeper water. :)
Claire loved playing with her cousins. She gets a little camera shy sometimes now too... :)
After swimming we headed to Kyle and Courtney's house for some barbeque fun. It was a nice warm day and the kids had a blast with their cousins. We all had a great time.
